It's a buyer's market: American Express.

According to the latest Spending and Saving Tracker from American Express, more than two in five (41 percent) of Americans said that it’s a buyer’s market for real estate.

Really? Wow! The other 59% must have their heads up their arses!

I have posted other threads about home sales and pricing numbers being published by media and others that I felt where not correct. Here is proof:

IMO, the NAR is not what is used to be, or should be. With false numbers, pushing of licensing, solicitations for higher fees to their own members for political purposes, professionalism is lacking.
