It's not champagne and caviar, but

I came into a home yesterday and found this on the kitchen counter, I felt like Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, no milk but the water was cold and the cookies were good. A nice appreciation for a home inspector!

Or someone who wants to play mind games.

I’m easy to please, that woulda made my day…:stuck_out_tongue:

Ahhhh, yes…The old seller’s “Ex Lax chip cookies with the water turned off at the street in order to get the inspector in and out in a hurry trick”.

Of course, you didn’t eat them, did you?

Man, that was real similar to what was running through my mind and here it is. I don’t know if I woulda’ enjoyed or dreaded growing up with you mixed in with all my brothers and sisters.

during these tough times in the current market…no holes are barred when it comes to palm greasing

In Illinois there’s usually an envelope under the plate.

Especially if the seller works for the state.

Agreed, Steve. The nice people tend to leave a nice home as well. Although I wouldn’t pig out till the inspection was done. :stuck_out_tongue:
