Requirements

Florida Home Inspector License / Certification (required)

Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage time effectively and handle inspections independently

Basic knowledge of construction, building systems, and property maintenance

If you are bilingual English/Spanish/French, it will be a plus
Experience

Experienced Inspectors: Compensation based on experience and qualifications

Entry-Level Inspectors: Training and growth opportunities available for the right candidate
Compensation
Salary: Based on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekend flexibility if needed
