I would have liked to see NACHI win on the merits of our argurment rather than just on a legal loophole.
Striking the case down because there waws not proper service just means that the plaintiff will do it again and serve the papers properly, this time.
I am much more interested in the arguments of the case than in mere legal BS.
Not that I support PHIC in any way. Just like to hear a good argument.
Just my opinion.

It's just that, it seems to my feeble brain, like the announcment seemed to be saying that we won on the merits.
This is just a temporary defense.
Don't get me wrong, I hope that we succeed. It's just that I have WAY too much experience with having unresolcved legal BS hang over my head. Would much reather prefer that it be over and done with.
