This position focuses on residential inspections for mold contamination, allergens, and other environmental issues. Investigator will use state of the art instruments to analyze air quality, microbial contamination issues, and other heath exposure concerns. Client load will include traveling to 3-4 locations daily to perform inspection and consulting services. A company car will be provided during work hours. A written report of findings and protocol for remediation will be provided to the client.

SSM Ontario “Air quality testing technician” in conjunction with nurses by Health Canada.
The results have just been published, remember this is a study so all info is still under review. Some Clients are a result of this problem in SSM.
9000 of CE? Assuming that’s not counting obtaining a degree at a university(which would not be “continuing” education), that comes out to 4.5 years, 50 weeks a year, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Uh… :shock:
It would be more helpful to us new inspectors if you gave us a hint.
Like what is on the other end of those pipes, electrical service panel, a furnace, plumbing vents, clothes dryer, bathroom fan?
What are the pipes coming out out, a house, garage, shed, basement, crawlspace, 7-11 store?
What should you be telling us that we cannot see, such as material the pipes are made of, or what’s inside them?
I like puzzles, but hate guessing games.
The Idea of learning is to evaluate what is outside first. 2 exhaust and one supply. The picture says everything about the installer, yes there is clear evidence without going inside to check.
