I inspected a home and struggled trying to identify the plumbing type. All of the penetrations out of the wall (like the water heater) were copper. I was able to get a peak into the laundry room water supply box and snapped the attached picture. Both the hot and cold were colored red. The home was built in 2006 which was still in the period of the faulty Kitec. I am kind of leaning away from Kitec because it was usually orange, blue, clear or white. Also, the snap fittings were typically brass. Any opinions would help.
