Slick, but I have a fully automated PDF Form that outputs to an .xlm data file which can be imported into any database or spreadsheet.

Im running an Access database that collects all of the 4 page 1802 info as well as 2 additional pages with pictures and descriptions.
Just FYI…this system runs on a PDA also so you can use a handheld device as you are doing your Wind Mitigation report and it has reference data as you are doing it. Using a pdf form or Access means you need a PC type device instead. We also export the data as an XML file as well as a Word document.
