Holy Toledo Batman!!!

It seems that the new 4-Point lumps in cloth wiring with knob and tube!! Now I guess all those late 40’s through 60’s houses are going to need to be re-wired too!!:ouch:

Let’s do a run down, shall we?
Pre 1970 homes–no insurance due to K & T / cloth covered wiring.
Post 1970–1996 No coverage for polybutylene, aluminum wiring.
Post 1996, although not on the form yet,-No coverage for PEX plumbing.
Soon to come…4-points for all homes and no coverage for anyone!

Any economic gains in housing market are now being lost due to high insurance premiums resulting in more foreclosures. Can’t win for losing.
