[FONT=Arial]The following is the statement that we discussed in detail at the July Chesapeake Chapter meeting and whether it existed or not. There were many questions about what the State of Maryland is requiring us to put in our contracts as of January 1, 2008. The following is the language that will be required in your contract using a larger font. A couple of attendees had heard that there was specific wording and font size to be associated with this message. There was confusing about the statement and members expressed difficulty in finding the statement on the State’s web site. [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial]Well, one of the attendees said he had the info and would send it for distribution to the Chapter. Just remember that the state can and may change this at any time but we suggest you add it now to CYA until such time there is another change from the State.[/FONT]
