# Leaky basement, water SEEPS out onto floor where bottom of wall meets DUH floor!

And so where is the water FIRST entering? The usual culprit, exterior crack in foundation wall.  
Gee, do interior drainage system companies hand dig and waterproof these cracks? No. Hence they aren’t “waterproofing” the area (s) of the basement where the stupid water is getting in!
