A mortgage broker told me I wasn’t on the lenders list so she couldn’t use me. Has anyone heard this? How do I get on the list?
I would thank him for this info and ask him what you need to do to get on this list .
Then also ask if you can get a see a copy of the list .

Lenders’ list is not for home inspectors. Its for appraisers only.
