I’m directing this to Pennsylvania inspectors specifically. Checking to see how or where Pa. inspectors that do WDI inspections get the liability to satisfy the states requirement.
Pa. requires inspectors to carry $100K bodily injury and $ 100K property damage for pesticide applications even if you don't do pesticide applications.
All I do is the isnpection - no application but the state does not differentiate. Company I used in the past has decided not to write the coverage.
Any help appreciated.
