I now live in St. Petersburg, FL and am thinking about relocating to New Mexico.

Do home inspectors need to be licensed in NM?

How is the realestate market in NM.

I would also like to hear the opinions about NM from anyone thats visited or lived in NM.

Thanks Dan

Dan,

New Mexico has no state licensing requirements at the present time.

Hi Dave, don’t know about the real estate market but I can tell you New Mexico is beautiful but very hot. I have relatives in Hobbs and Lovington if you want I can ask for some info for you.

I can start over any where , but I have a 6 and 8 year old and it would kill me to see anything happen to them.

Dan New Mexico is nice but not too populated. There are also some very old building throughout the state. Palace of Goveners circa 1610

I know what you mean Dan, my 2 daughters and 3 grand kids are in Lakeland, not as bad as being on the coast but they had a rough time last year. If you want I will contact my cousin and get you some info. Good luck with whatever you do.

No thank you Todd! My brother in law lives in Tuscon, he boils water for a bath just to cool down.
