If it can be said that the RX is in the liquid tite for protection it is OK but if this is a wet location (like outside) it is not.

It is an outside source location, in fact it is the wiring from the Ac condenser to the sub panel. There were more problems with the application but I wasnt too sure about the roxex and liquid tite flex. Thanks for the input.
