The answer to your question is 80% of the work is done by 20% of the inspectors. I got this from the book of statistics.
Doesn’t really matter what the others are doing. Just you! I certainly ask around as you can get a lot of info fast, so I have a pretty good idea regionally, who is where and even what agents are selling stuff. I care more about who is in my area and how many of them there are. Otherwise, they are going to have out work me. Most don’t want to. They want to work 7-3 and put their feet up.
This information simply does not exist anywhere period. There may be a few small/limited indicators as a few mentioned, like who uses isn, or guy back etc… but those are only a very small indicator with really no accuracy whatsoever.
