Are they rated the same way as typical load center cabinets? (see photo).
Come on now Mr Shepard. Some are rated for exterior some for interior if that is your question. If it’s not clearly evident usually the exterior panels will have weep holes in the bottom. Then maybe not!
You don’t understand the question? Read what I wrote. Look at the photograph. Weep holes!? So water can run through the electrical panel and drain out the bottom? Hahahahahaha
The enclosure rating are the same whether panel or disconnect or even a junction box.
