CHAPTER MEETING TO HELP YOU FILL OUT APPLICATION TO STATE  
  

  
INCOMPLETE OR APPLICATIONS NOT SIGNED PROPERLY WILL BE RETURNED- THE FEE TO THE STATE IS NON REFUNDABLE, SO FILL IT OUT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME  
  
GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE IS MANDATORY WHEN YOU FILE WITH THE STATE-A PAID BINDER IS REQUIRED WITH THE APPLICATION  
  
YOU SHOULD BE READY FOR AN AUDIT OF YOUR INSPECTIONS- THE MEETING WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO BE READY WHEN THEY ASK TO SEE THEM  
  
BEING A NACHI MEMBER IS GREAT, BUT IT DOES NOT WAIVE THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK- BE PREPARED TO FILL EVERYTHING OUT PROPERLY AND BEFORE THE STATE GETS TOO SWAMPED- WE HAVE PLANNED THIS MEETING SO YOU CAN COMPILE ALL YOUR INSPECTION LISTS DURING THE THANKSGIVING WEEK AND SUBMIT IT TO THE STATE FOR APPROVAL-  
  
NO NEED TO WAIT 'TILL THE LAST MINUTE- GET IT IN EARLY- APPLICATIONS WILL BE AT THE MEETING AS WELL AS INFO PACKETS ON HOW TO FILL IT OUT PROPERLY!
