**Long Island & NYC Metro Area Inspectors **
If you are going to take the Pro-Lab Certification classes in Febuary, which by the way is a good class JUST REMEMBER it’s only good for **NACHI CE’S **
**NOT NYS CE’s **for license renewal.
I also know that the Merrell institute has approval for a mold class for RE/REA
for NYS and in the near future will be applying for Home Inspectors also.
Which by the way **WILL COUNT **towards NYS CE’s

Hi All:

The Mold Course we offer is approved for both Real Estate and Appraiser Continuing Ed in NYS, by the Dept. of State. We will be eager to apply for Home Inspection CE Credit when the state allows for submission of same.
