This guy was just adding to the local economy, Cannabis has become Florida’s #1 cash crop. Viva La Open-Market. 
I could not imagine he was very successful due to the heat here in South Florida. It was vented but not by much. I have seen a couple of more since then. Not much to photograph. One hole house had drip lines velcroed to the ceiling. They got popped and the house taken. Another one the guy was less conspicuous but forgot to remove some hanging chains and the box fax affixed to the gable vent.
I did an inspection, once, where the seller’s were somewhat elderly and had their 30 something year old son living in the basement. Looked up behind the ceiling tikles in the bathroom to check that the exhaust fan was properly vented. When I started moving the tile, the son gave me a frightened look.
He had stacks of porn up there.
I didn’t say anything other than “Yep, the fan is properly vented.”
But I also gave him a wink as I passed him by on the way out.

I hope so to. I did not ID her. Still as a DaD I would not send any guy to the house if my daughter was there by herself regardless of her age.

What a find! It is pretty obvious if the owner wasn’t going to mention it then something is wrong. If he didn’t know then he will know now.
I won’t enter a home with a lone youth who might be underage. I ask they’re age when they answer the door. If under 18 and nobody older is home I ask them to call the parent to see when they will arrive. I’ll wait if I can or reschedule if necessary. It’s been my policy forever and will remain so. You might want to institute it too.
Yes I do think that is a good idea and if it happens again I will do that. You never know what you could get accused of. She was likely out of high school. I think it was durring normal school hours. I was just amazed the guy would have his daughter meet me there when I was going up into his attic where he had been growing weed.
Maybe he wasn’t the grower !! Could have been one of the kids.

I had to fight this guy off today - Ended up choking him, snapping his head off and buring it two feet below the dirt floor. I got out of that sub floor fast and made sure he was not following me.
