Looking for a Mentor and/or some advice on startup

I am eager to start my Business in Charleston SC. I have 11 of 15 certifications and will be finishing within 1 month I guess. I need advice on startup, buying a work vehicle, business bank account,credit cards,etc.

Im starting this venture on my own so Its exciting but I need some direction.
