My name is Art Simon. I recently passed my state exam and I am now a licensed Florida Home Inspector. I live in Palm Harbor (Pinellas County).

Also InterNACHI is currently in the process of finalizing the details of the parameters and requirements for their “InterNACHI Certified Mentor” program which should be in place soon. I’m waiting for their reply.
