Looking for Low Emissivity Material for non-powered IR training

Looking for help… I’m looking for a material with low emissivity, a film or tape, that will show up on a thermal camera when used outdoors without heat. Something similar to what ever they are using for this product:
image that is used for firefighter TIC training.

I would prefer a material that looks professional, I tried using foil tape but it was too cheap looking and a bit costly for a large target.

I’ve done a ton of research but I’m coming up blank, hopefully one of my thermal Brothers can provide me with a lead; I appreciate any help.

You didn’t mention the size or dimensions of what you need, so this can be cut down to whatever.
