To clarify: National Credit Systems has added Telephone Collections to its Letter Service. This is definitely looking like the way to go for low-cost, fixed-fee collections. We are collecting more $$$ for our clients. The pre-paid forms save time and money, and NACHI members DO NOT have to pay the $60 yearly fee!
