Does this look like corrosion or is there a copper colored anti-oxidant paste that I don’t know about. I originally thought it was corrosion, but after looking at the pic, I’m not so sure…

Looks like a paste to me, although I’ve never seen that color before.
Looks alot like anti-seize compound. Many have electrical applications.
I just saw the same thing the other day. I did some digging and found that they come in all colors under the rainbow including hot pink. I am 99% sure it is anti-seize.
Looks like Kopr-shield which is a common coating for eletrical connections. You might see this on a car battery as well.
