Here is the main panel to this house. It is a Westinghouse 100 amp service panel with a 100 amp main breaker inside. It is in good condition, attached securely to the building. The SEC is in a conduit lateral and is in good condition and attached securely to the service panel. No sign of any breaks in the conduit. No signs of moisture intrusion or arcing. It is also somewhat protected from outdoor elements being located underneath an eave. This Panel looks to be properly installed with no problems.

The enclosure is also a 3R type. This is a rain tight enclosure. So even if there was no eave it is designed to be protected from the elements.
