I am lookig for input and imformation on, putting together a 4-6 hr course. It would be intro level home maintenance. Complete with safe use of ladders tools and probably something like the top 10? maintenance items. I hope to have it ready by an 2006. To be given at local comm. coll This is for my own business to be an asset to my community and just for fun too.

Question does anyone have a lesson plan or place to get a lesson plan?
Does anyone do this type of program? How do you go about it?
I have good community resources that I can call upon and my own experience. 30+ yrs all facets of construction. Safety programs and compliance with OSHA regs.

One more reason to do this is to dispel the nonsense we see everyday on TV programs.

Also I saw somewhere a program for giving real estste agents a talk on HI who has that anyone? Thanks for Your help I'll share my program when I have it worked into a clear presentation. JIM

The program you are talking about was designed by Gerry Beaumont, I believe.

If I remember correctly you will find it in Marketing. Get ready though you will have to dig.

If you have trouble finding it give me a shout and I'll see what I can find.

You might find a "Power Point" presentation useful.

BTW ........... Kudos to you for doing this. Keep us informed please.
