Just to be sure, the 8 hours on the NACHI 41541 - Inspector Legal & Ethics and SOP Review that is mandatory by Texas counts towards our total credits,. Both NACHI and State, right? I know it’s a dumb question but I figured I’d double check just to be sure thanks.

Robbie, it is not dumb at all. And, I believe you are correct in your assumption but you may want to verify by contacting education@InterNACHI.org

TREC lists all the approved training here on their site Renewal of Continuing Education (CE) Providers | TREC . If it isn’t there it isn’t approved.
