Marketing question for Nick Gromicko

I cannot remember which video, which course or which article I read that Nick wrote but he had a very valuable statistic to which I can’t remember the exact number but it went along the lines of explaining how many “deals fall through” related to home inspection reports and both parties not agreeing on repairs and negotiations. The article or what ever was targeting towards getting people to do pre listing inspections.
