I do it whenever I get one back but I seldom get them back. I am planning on giving the customer some type of incentive to get them back but have not implemented it yet. Phones ringing steady again, so I have not had the time.

I had that problem as well. I want to look into getting a flip video camera and filming a

short testimonial at the end of the inspection. In the mean time I created a customer

survey using www.formsite.com. Then I setup my office managment system to send

out an e-mail a few days after the inspection Thanking them and asking to

please take a moment to click on the link and fill out the customer survey. It then

e-mails me the survey results.

What is the respondence rate?
