There seems to be a big increase in “For Sale By Owner” home sales here in West Michigan. Does anyone have some ideas on marketing directly to the FSBO seller?

I’d heard Post Cards were good. Sent about 300. Never got one call back.


Some others advocate door to door type selling to FSBO's. Haven't tried it myself.
