How many here are members of your Realty Assoc. to get a copy of the Master Key used by Realtors?
Just wondering if it’s worth it…had a client ask if I had a key cause her realtor wasn’t going to be present. When I said no, she called back and said for me to make an appointment with the realty office & someone would come and open up the house for me.

I was in your shoes about two months ago. I couldn't decide if it was worth having. I went ahead and joined one of the local Realtor Assoc. and it's been worth it. I need to use the Supra Key on about 40% of my inspections. A good number of the agencies here have a policy that their agents can not be present for the inspection if they are representing the buyer. It's a CYA thing for them. So it's a much needed expense here.
