McCain Pulls Ahead in Polls

**Pollster John Zogby: **"Is McCain making a move? The three-day average holds steady, but McCain outpolled Obama today, 48% to 47%. He is beginning to cut into Obama’s lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all. “Obama’s lead among women declined, and it looks like it is occurring because McCain is solidifying the support of conservative women, which is something we saw last time McCain picked up in the polls. If McCain has a good day tomorrow, we will eliminate Obama’s good day three days ago, and we could really see some tightening in this rolling average. But for now, hold on.”

Bob, do you think I will change by principles because a majority elects a liberal president?

Didn’t happen with Clinton , won’t happen with if Obama wins either.

Here is what Pew Research is saying now…

October 28, 2008
McCain Support Continues Downward Spiral
Obama Leads by 19 Among Those Who Have Already Voted

Barack Obama leads John McCain by a 52% to 36% margin in Pew’s latest nationwide survey of 1,325 registered voters. This is the fourth consecutive survey that has found support for the Republican candidate edging down. In contrast, since early October weekly Pew surveys have shown about the same number of respondents saying they back Obama. When the sample is narrowed to those most likely to vote, Obama leads by 53% to 38%.

The deciding factor will be whether the true conservative base shows up for McCain…I personally think that a small percentage of them are very disappointed with the
RNC and will let that be known by picking another candidate and look forward to 2012 when either one of these candidates will be kicked out of office along with congress.

When either party controlled the white house and congress, they failed to keep it…we only have to look at Bush and Clinton…when will people realize that as long as we have a two party system with out term limits, nothing changes other than we the people get screwed.
