Judging by the device box for the light I am assuming that this is going to be a brick veneer job. The Exception to 314.27 will allow a fixture that is mounted on wall that weighs no more than 6 pounds to be attached with no fewer than two #6 screws.
The installation of the light if this is a brick veneer job will be compliant.
