I agree. ICC is the way to go. Codes are their thing, solely.

Everybody makes a lot of sense. Doesn’t matter what Association I’ve belonged to (InterNACHI, ASHI, NAHI, SPREI, HIF, and even my long history with AHIT) It’s the same all across the board. “Michael, You’re a Home Inspector, not a Code Inspector”.
I see both sides, the liability and the professionalism. I don’t know how the outcome will play out but I do trust Nick Gromicko. I know there will be an in-depth training and a new contract drafted for use.
Y’all should believe in yourselves a little more. I am familiar with you all and I have tons of respect for each of you.
