Mich.: Continuing Education Law Courses Online
(July 29, 2004) -- The Michigan Association of REALTORS? soon will begin offering a two-hour online continuing education course devoted to real estate law, regulations, and court cases.
The course, available on the association's Web site starting in August, will fulfill Michigan's continuing education requirement that real estate licensees take at least two hours of law-related classes every year.
Michigan recently changed its licensing law from one-year to three-year renewal periods. Licensees are now required to have 18 hours of continuing education over the three-year licensing period, but must still take at least two hours of law continuing education a year.
Home inspection next?
