Is the home inspector board active? No mention of education or exams?

Jay,

From my understanding the board won't be active until Oct 2005 if passed as introduced. H B 4077 explains fee's and a required exam to become licensed in Michigan, buy the way, all my friends call me Mike ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

With the bill having had no action since being introduced six months ago, it would appear to be dead in most states. Is this so in Michigan? How do they work it, there?
