This is an interesting Infrared Electrical System Survey, from your web site.
It shows a good example of why double tapping conductors to the breaker is a concern in a Thermal Inspection. It looks like there are three double taps going on there. The breaker at the top right shows one conductor hotter than the other. This is from a loose connection associated with the double tap. It is not hot all the way out of the panel, so the heat source is from the connection, not the load on the conductor.
