How about an electric Hummer running on batteries. Lord knows it has enough room for them.
I like this! Excellent report. I like to see these people get exposed at the very least.
What is even more interesting is how this seems to conflict with old Mikey’s advice on using a contractor to do your inspection instead of home inspectors.

Before the Max Pies site was removed I had a look at it, 2 of the 5 links on it were CMHC and OAHI. The text went on and on about CAHPI, but never actually said they were members.
I looked at his site about a year ago and I am only going from memory but they had a place for learning to be a home inspector and two of the teachers where OAHI members both past directors.
