Bought home built in 2005. Discovered under vinyl siding OSB at corners only - covered with some sort of foam wrap. Remainder under siding is plain old blue styrofoam. Some is broken and can see house frame and white insulation. Concerned about high energy bills and possible moisture damage to structure.
