I am trying to give NACHI inspectors access to thousands of vacant homes across the country. We will have lock box access to them. We can use the vacant properties for:
Schooling.
Mentoring.
Ride-alongs.
Supervised inspections.
Mock inspections.
Etc.
I have an insurance issue to hammer out but I'll keep you posted.

PS Next we'll have to buy a bus line ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif) .

Fantastic idea!
With the mentoring issues in Jersey vacant homes would be great training ground for students. If................
the advisory board wi\ould recognoze them because the regs say "paid for" inspection. Tit for tat means $1???

It started out as our plan “B” in New Jersey but it ended up being available across the country.
Hopefully we won't need plan "B" but if we do, we have it and a plan "C."
