They couldn’t even take the time to make up their own test. From what I hear, just study this and you will pass with no problems. Kinda scary huh?
Not to worry, they will have from now until the end of February to get it right, in the end there will be more licensed home inspectors than any other licensed profession in Florida. Hell new Home Inspectors in Florida have a good shot of balancing the Florida state budget. Cha-Ching!
