Under an enclosed front porch! Scared buyers ran away as fast as possible, no mold test was wanted or needed!

A mesmerizing growth in the crawlspace of a 1962 Dunn, North Carolina home. It has been named the Lightning Bolt Home by local agents after my inspection. Zoom in and check those colors out!
Lab results shown below as well -

And they think we charge too much for inspections… 
That’s a pretty easy inspection to write up. Take a picture of the house, circle it in red and write:
“House noted to be an absolute pit. Recommend a liberal application of fire and bulldozers.”
Done and home before lunch 
I am sooo glad I live in a dry climate. We have mold but…
Where was this water/condensation found?
If memory recalls it was under the mechanical equipment and of course in the most difficult part of the crawlspace to access.

Yeah pretty horrible, Mold over all leather items in closet as well. Guy living there at the time too
