Hello everybody; is anyone aware of an Memorandum of Understanding that I can send to my client and their broker when they book an inspection?
Send them the Standards of Practice and be done with it.

To comply with your request I have attached to this message the
" Standards of Practice for Performing a General Home Inspection ".
Which includes the Scope & Exclusions of the inspection.
