Multi-unit inspection agreement

I am in Pa and am wondering if the InterNACHI Hole Harmless agreement is ok to use for a multi unit inspection?

Yes, I don’t see why not, Michael.

A multi-family or commercial building purchase is a considerable investment. A building inspection is an absolute necessity to protect your investment. A comprehensive inspection identifies defects or issues that could be expensive to fix down the road. B&H Inspections meets and exceeds Illinois state standards for inspections. We are also insured. We adhere to the ethics and standards of InterNACHI. You can feel confident in the inspection report and your decision.

We know what’s required for a complete inspection isn’t always easy. We will climb into dirty crawl spaces, under decks and on our hands and knees to ensure we get the best look possible. Roofs are a huge expense to replace. We take the time to get a very close to assess the condition. We know where the problem areas of a building typically lie and inspect them carefully.

Owner Jim Gallagher has completed hundreds of inspections over the course of 20+ years in building and home inspection. Unlike many inspectors, Gallagher takes time to explain which issues are real problems and which are minor repairs. He encourages potential owners to ask questions and attend the inspection to learn more about the property’s major systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing). A B&H multi-unit or commercial building inspection gives you what you need to make a good investment.
