How is everyone today or tonight (if you’re reading this later in the evening)? I just have a few questions. I’m super new, just passed my certification test and now I’m curious if anyone has advice on how to get hands on training… I’m still doing my studies and watching videos, but I would really like to shadow someone in-person to get a “real” visual of the whole process. Any advice or just anything really, will be greatly appreciated

Tanya, try this:
Contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring.

I guess I should have put where I’m located. I live in the bay area in California.
I really appreciate this to the both of you. I’ll take any information. I’m hungry for information and eager to learn.
