Because we are a national association, the version we have online has no PA-specific clauses which only a PA attorney can add. Brad’s authored our PA-only version. Free consultation. His contact info is at http://www.nachi.org/contact.htm

Also, I have language for your attorney’s review which provides negligent referral to agents. Adding a negligent referral clause to NACHI’s pre-inspection agreement is a good marketing advantage with agents. Negligent referral language basically has your client agree that a real estate agent is merely a sales person and will not be named in any inspection-related lawsuit. A copy for your attorney’s review is available to members by emailing Nick. at nick.gromicko@nachi.org


I've used this clause to entice office brokers to go with NACHI members only with much success.
