Also, I have language for your attorney’s review which provides negligent referral to agents. Adding a negligent referral clause to NACHI’s pre-inspection agreement is a good marketing advantage with agents. Negligent referral language basically has your client agree that a real estate agent is merely a sales person and will not be named in any inspection-related lawsuit. I've used this clause to entice office brokers to go with NACHI members only with much success.
