I just completed the Structural Issues on line course…
an excellent refresher. :smiley:

Name this goofy home inspection organization:

  • Take one 4 hour test that the organization profits off of
  • Take a cupcake COE test that the organization profits off of
  • Pay the organization $329
  • Complete 50 inspections at bare minimum of standards to have the privilege of paying to use their logo
  • Complete 250 inspections at the bare minimum of standards to have the superficial honor of being a “Certified Member”
  • Keep forking out $$$ to maintain that empty “Certified Member” status
  • And that is it, you are set for life …
