Did you know that NACHI New Hampshire Chapter V.P. Mark Hutnick has been an adjunct faculty member with Northern Essex Community College from 2002 to 2005? During that time, Mark was instrumental in creating and delivering home inspection courses for the college’s Home Inspection Certification Program which includes Electrical, Structures, Hazardous Material, Plumbing, Ethics, HI Overview and more.
