What a great place to have and host Continuing Education courses. Once the state establishes licensing for Home Inspections in New York, I would like to coop a continuing ed course in this neck of the woods (actually this side of sand and paradise) so we can offer c/e courses for Inspectors. It would be great to see if they can also be cross approved for brokers and appraisers as well. depending on the topic anything is possible. And NY is very good abouyt approving out-of-state programs as long as it is prior approved and paid for for ce credit!

hey, we can all build sand castles and inspect’em for a for the price of a dozen clams. but make sure it’s not in tornado or hurricane season, cause then we’ll be building bunkers instead.
