Wendy, you are wrong again. I am not a REALTOR, nor am I a real estate agent or broker. I already answered the question in post #20 but your implying that I would make a decision that would affect members simply because I’m in the same profession (which again, I’m not)… is offensive. Besides, if you read http://www.nachi.org/matthewsteger.htm you would have noticed that the decision to include or not to include the publisher in the action is not ours to make.

Note the past tense. The point is that I’m no longer taking any more of this “Nick is only doing this or that because he is a REALTOR” crap from anyone any more. I enjoy a long, well established history of thinking only of NACHI members’ welfare. Pretty hard to twist it at this point.

The real estate agents in PA are seeking to do what is correct in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, some of them are being intentionally misled. I believe that Nick is correct to go at the sources of the misinformation…for these people are acting maliciously, while the real estate agents are simply being duped.

Who is Dave Koloskee?
Expect more of this “REALTOR” crap. We will just have to keep nippin’ it at the bud. Especially since NACHI is moving aggressively toward offering more services to help sellers (our new electronic agreement, FetchReport.com, OverSeeIt.com, and coming soon MoveInCertified.com).
Dave Koloskee is a direct competitor of one of our members. He sent out an email to local REALTORs intended to harm our member’s business. It even mentions our member by name, accusing him of operating illegally. The REALTOR’s broker contacted the NACHI member, the member contacted us, and the broker gave us a copy of the email Mr. Koloskee was sending out. This one is a slam-dunk.
I hope this little dirty trick is restricted to Pennslyvania…
